669 Radio was a show that aired on 89.3 wcsb FM in Cleveland Ohio. It began around 1996 and kept going strong for several years. During it's hey day is received several Best of awards from Cleveland Scene Magazine like Best College Radio Show (699 Radio), Best DJ (Craig Callander) and Best Radio Personality (Craig Callander). The success went on for well over a decade. Callander AKA Sweet Ass Sassafrass AKA Dr. Lance Underpants is the "sick, sick mind behind 669". The first hour of the show is known as the "Wonderful One O'Clock Hour," the second hour the "Terrible Two O'Clock Hour," and the third hour the "Throbbing Three O'Clock Hour." The show's tagline is "Helping you hurt yourself." I honestly can't say enough about this show and the incredible amount of energy and creativity that must have went into it.
