Discovering Wellness brings together wellness/fitness professionals all having different experiences, training, knowledge and opinions to the discussion of wellness. Our gaol is to not have all of the answers to all things wellness, nutrition or fitness, rather to discover the answers and share our own thoughts and knowledge on all topics related to wellness including fitness, nutrition, meditation, spirituality, wellness, health, etc. Discovering Wellness is a week to week journey aimed towards living hopefully healthier and well balanced lifestyles.
