Originally from Detroit and after living in New York, DYLA now resides in Los Angeles. DYLA started her DJ career in 2009. While working as a bottle server at one of L.A.’s hottest nightclubs, Vanguard (now Create), DYLA became captivated by the massive headliners that took to the stage week after week. There, she found her passion for House Music and transcended to a full on desire to be on that stage as a performer. DYLA has played in venues all over the Los Angeles area including Exchange L.A., Avalon, Playhouse, King King, Ecco (now Couture) and Tru Hollywood, just to name a few. She has also been invited to share her sound at Escape From Wonderland’s Silent Disco. DYLA has also been involved with many Dance Music radio shows such as KXLU 88.9FM Los Angeles, Different Shades Radio Show, Vibes N Stuff and multiple radio shows on the internationally acclaimed DI Radio.
