On Digital Radio is part of a Technology Business Group called ST2. The Service is managed by Station founders Richard J Hannah and Lorraine Ellen. Hannah is an online Radio Pioneer who led Global Radio 1 from an online only, UK only brand in 2007 to an online power house sold to a Japanese media Group in 2011. At its height GR1 was heard in 53 countries employed 40 DJs, and spawned spin off channels specialising in Dance Music and entertainment. Global City Radio - started in 2011 and closed its doors in 2013.
