To initiate, promote, support, co-ordinate, implement research design in any field of Science and Technology, Science and Society interface to solve any problems. To identify priority areas of Science and Technology needed for long term development. Provide a platform for peer learning and sharing of experiences, approaches, good practices and lessons learned, in order to accelerate the skill set.
