Remanded is a weekly true crime podcast from the perspective of two attorneys. Every Monday, Michaela and Jess will discuss a variety of cases within the criminal sector from cold cases to innocence cases to cases that have changed the foundation of our legal system and everything in between. Why Remanded? Remanded means to send back for further consideration. Essentially, an appeals court may remand a case back to the lower court for further action, for a new trial, review, or disposal.
