<p><em>THE BRONX MUSIC PODCAST – with Gary Axelbank is </em> recorded in front of a LIVE audience at <em>The Artist</em> , City Island, Bronx NY, on the first Sunday of every month beginning at <b>1:00pm</b>. <br><br>Long-time Bronx TV personality and radio DJ Gary Axelbank interviews Bronx musicians from a variety of musical genres, emphasizing not only the extraordinary range of musical talent in the Bronx, but also the remarkable diversity of its people. <br><br>This uniqe podcast is a treat for attendees to the Artist (desginatied as the Best Concert Venue in the Bronx) because in addition to enjoying the talk and music of the performers, <em>The Artist</em> serves coffee / tea and pastries from Jenny’s Sweets, run by Jennifer Glick, a pastry chef graduate from the Culinary Institute of America who is the daughter of co-owners Monica and Elliot Glick.
