With more than 25 years of career behind him, Luis Groove is one of the most solid and respected names to come from the electronic music scene of the Canary Islands. Originally from Tenerife, he has built a career marked by long-term residencies, appearances at large-scale festivals and performances in different European capitals. Since 2013 he has been a resident at Papagayo Tenerife, one of the leading clubs in Spain, where he shares the booth with the biggest artists on the international scene, a role he combines with another residency at Gekko Club Tenerife and the Gravity Electronic Parties events. His story begins in the late 90s, when he became the resident DJ of the legendary BB+ Tenerife after-hours (1999–2009), shaping an entire generation with Sunday sessions that are still remembered.
