ORAS NG KATOTOHANAN has been the flagship program of the Pentecostal Missionary Church of Christ (4th Watch) through the leadership of our late Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol. It was first aired in 1991 on television. What started as a humble weekly broadcast has grown into a powerful program that has touched many hearts and changed many lives. The program aims to relive apostle Arsenio's timeless lessons and messages in our generation.
